It's a fact that jello is one of the easiest desserts to make. Both kids and adults love them. Whether you are preparing for a just for two dates or with kids around this will sure be a hit. Making this for a big party? We got you! Our Dlux mini cups that come with spoons and different sizes make this even more convenient to make.
We used raspberry jello for this recipe but you can also use strawberry or cherry. Since it's for Valentine's any red or pink jello will work for this recipe. You can even make layers of different flavors. We imagine very berry jello for our next jello surprise but for now, let's savor the sweet and tart flavor of raspberry.
This jello comes in 5 layers but you can always make fewer or more layers as you would like. There are 2 kinds of mixtures that we repeatedly layered for a total of five. We follow the regular jello recipe for the first mixture. 1 cup of hot water + jello mix + 1 cup cold water and some stirring in between. It couldn't get easier than that.

The second mixture where we added a cup of whipped cream is what will make this recipe interesting. There will be a separation of the mixture as it sets so it creates different colors. You will have a total of 3 shades of red-pink in this mini dessert cup recipe. How cute and cool is that?
Also, did we mention how delicious this easy dessert is? Top it with whipped cream and maybe some candy or sliced fruit and you have the perfect Valentine's Day dessert.
